Application and validity
The general sales and delivery conditions are applicable to all sales and delivery of Smartlift Engineering Sdn Bhd unless otherwise agreed expressly in writing, including but not limited to sales and delivery of products, parts, and related services for all customers.
Agreement of sales
All company’s offers and order confirmations will represent the overall agreement between company and customers related to delivery of all products and services. The customer purchase conditions included in the order or otherwise communicated to the company upon confirmation and acceptance by the company.
Price and Payment
Price
Price for all products, spare parts and related services are consistent with quotations as agreed by both parties (company and customers) upon confirmation unless a separate written agreement has been made and accept.
Payment
All payment shall be made within 14 days after all invoices for products, spare parts or related services from the date of the invoices, unless parties have made separate written agreement.
Retention
The products and spare parts sold by the Company and purchased by the Customer remain property of the Company until the entire Invoice amount is paid by the customer and received by the Company.
Delay of payment
In the event customer fails to make full payment in due time for all products and services due to reason beyond our responsibility, the customer will be liable to pay penalty interest at the rate of 3% per month to the company of the amount due each month from the due date until full
payment has been made.
Termination
All termination and refund will not be valid once ordered of product from supplier is being placed and paid.
Quotations
All quotations confirmation is valid for 1 calendar month.
Delivery
Company has the right to deliver all the product, spare part and related services within the delivery time frames indicated in the order confirmation. In the event there is a delayed in delivery date due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide immediate notice, explanation
for the cause of delay and new delivery date to be expected. Written email, letter and phone messages is a valid method for these notifications.
Product description
All our product and images are as accurate as the time of installation, however due to continuous improvement and innovation some lift models and finishes shown may no longer available. Therefore, pls consider any images shown in brochures or website as graphical representations only.
The final product will subject to an option selected and confirmed by customers as we as availability. Please note that all products are as close to the actual product include colours and design, but actual colour may differ from the images shown.
